Keepsake Quilt

Keepsake quilts are made of three layers.

• The top layer is the patchwork part of the quilt which is made using 15cmx15cm cutouts of the clothing you have provided.
• The middle layer is a batting made of 100% cotton and is commonly used to add a warm fluffiness to the quilt.
• The backing layer is a soft dotted minky fleece fabric which is often used in the making of baby blankets. 

You have the following options to select from when ordering your Keepsake Quilt

1. Select from 3 size options
   LAP - 25 squares - 5x5 - 75cmx75cm (requires min 13 onesies) OR
   THROW - 54 squares - 6x9 - 90cmx135cm (requires min 26 onesies) OR
   SINGLE - 96 squares - 8x12 - 120cmx180cm (requires min 50 onesies)
2. Select the colour of minky fleece backing fabric you would like - 3 colour options - light blue, pale pink or soft grey
3. Choose whether to personalise the quilt with embroidery with your child's name (ensure you add all the details to the "Order Special Instructions" on checkout)

How it works

1. Once I have received your order, I will send you a confirmation by email. This email will also contain instructions of where to send your clothing items.

2. You then select your memorable baby outfits and send them to me - Ensure to include items that have writing, pictures, ruffles, pockets or even logos. These features will make your quilt extra special - see FAQ's for acceptable items.

3. Ensure all items are washed! AND sent within 7 days of order so you don't lose your place in the queue. (Please ensure all items are packed in Ziplock bags to protect them in transit).

4. Include your name and order number in the parcel.

5. I will send you an email confirmation when I have received your items and then again when I begin your order - Current turn-around time is 4-6 weeks.

6. Once your order is completed, I will carefully pack your completed Keepsake Quilt along with any leftover clothing items. I will also email you a confirmation which will include a tracking number for delivery.

NOTE: These Keepsake items are not intended for use as toys as they are a delicate item meant to last and be displayed and enjoyed for many years.
